MPA Roadmap

Multi-Sector Plan for Aging

Oregon is the oldest state in the West, and that reality calls for leadership in how we respond. Our changing population brings both rising demand for services and a powerful opportunity to recognize and build on the contributions, skills, and lived experience of older adults, who are often an untapped source of community strength.

The Multi-Sector Plan for Aging (MPA) brings partners together to build a coordinated, cross-sector roadmap for supports and services across the lifespan, grounded in a strengths-based approach that helps all people live well and contribute fully.

Bold Goals

Organizations like AGE+, AARP Oregon, and the Governor’s Commission on Senior Services have been working toward an MPA for more than 2 years. Through listening sessions, surveys, and statewide conversations, 5 bold goals have been identified.

Help Us Shape the Future

We are currently forming committees and inviting partners to help drive this work. There is an opportunity to get involved in the MPA by joining a bold goal committee. These committees bring together people from across sectors, along with subject matter experts, to share experience, exchange ideas, and shape practical solutions.
